Case Study: AI-Powered Brand Engagement at Global Technology Event
In 2024, a prominent global technology conference brought together industry leaders, presales consultants, and enterprise architects for an exclusive, invite-only event.
Held in Atlanta - Georgia and Vienna - Austria, this high-profile gathering was designed to foster collaboration, innovation, and technical excellence. Attendees participated in speaker sessions, hands-on labs, and interactive community spaces, connecting with experts and gaining deep technical insights.
Objective:
For the second consecutive year, Snapmatic was chosen by the Agency Nteractive, to deliver an innovative AI-driven brand engagement solution. After the success of our Gen 1 solution in the previous year, our goal for 2024 was to elevate the attendee experience with our advanced Gen 2 solution - a more efficient and lightweight alternative designed to drive even higher levels of engagement.
Execution:
Snapmatic's Gen 2 AI photobooth was crafted to provide personalized, certification-based image outputs - a new fully custom AI theme for the event.
By leveraging user inputs, specifically their certification levels, we were able to create unique, custom images that not only reflected the individual achievements of each attendee but also resonated with the event’s focus on technical excellence.
This personalized approach encouraged participants to update their LinkedIn profile pictures and share their images across social media, significantly boosting online engagement.
To further enhance participation, we implemented a dual engagement strategy, combining the use of QR codes and a kiosk setup.
This approach proved highly effective, resulting in an unprecedented level of interaction, with over 800 users engaging with the AI photobooth in a single day!
Results:
The activation was a resounding success, with social media shares, likes, and LinkedIn profile updates reaching an all-time high.
The customized, certification-based images provided a tangible value to attendees, reinforcing their achievements and driving online visibility for the event. We've got our work cut out for us to top this for next year!!
