DogeOS put 895 people through the booth in a single day at Korean Blockchain Week, more than any Snapmatic booth had handled before. The whole thing flew to Seoul in a carry-on case.

The challenge: three weeks and a carry-on case
DogeOS came to us weeks out from KBW 2025 wanting a custom avatar experience that matched their brand and fed their existing Typeform data capture. The venue had strict delivery restrictions and there was no time to ship anything, so whatever we built had to travel as hand luggage and assemble on site. The brief kept moving too, with flow changes arriving the night before doors opened.
The solution: a booth that fits in hand luggage
We flew in a portable AI photo booth unit in a carry-on case and built it on site. It needed power and Wi-Fi and nothing else, which is what made it viable in a venue that would not take a delivery. Guests scanned a QR code to start, went through Typeform, and were redirected to their branded AI result. Kiosk mode kept the interaction to the minimum number of taps, and our crew stayed on the stand for setup, testing, live changes and troubleshooting. The custom theme work and the Typeform integration were handled by our UK dev team across an eight-hour time difference, finished inside three weeks from contract.
The results
- 895 participants in a single day, the highest volume any Snapmatic booth had run.
- 2,000+ avatars generated across the event.
- Long queues and repeat participation throughout, with guests coming back for another go.
Why it worked
The constraint turned out to be the advantage. A booth that fits in a carry-on case can go to a venue that will not accept a pallet, and it can be reconfigured the night before without anyone waiting on a courier. Building the Typeform step into the flow meant DogeOS captured what they needed without adding a second thing for guests to do. Three weeks from contract to a stand in Seoul is fast, and it held up under the busiest day we had run.
We run the same portable setup at tech conferences elsewhere, including InfoComm, and the trading-card variant at Ondaro's ServiceNow Knowledge booth. KBW is the one that proved how far the kit travels.
