If you’ve been to an AI photo booth activation for a corporate event in the last couple of years, chances are you’ve seen a “Hero” theme. It’s by far the most popular request - everyone loves the idea of stepping into an epic, larger-than-life role.
But here’s the thing: it’s also the trickiest.
Inclusive, Brand-Safe AI Photo Booth Themes
Early AI models had a very… let’s say Hollywood-influenced idea of what a superhero looks like. Think exaggerated muscles, skimpy costumes, accentuated curves, leotards, and a whole lot more skin on show than you’d ever want in a corporate setting.
Fun at Comic Con? Maybe. At a global brand’s leadership summit? Absolute nightmare.
We saw it first-hand. The moment “superhero” went into the prompt, the results veered into inappropriate territory FAST. And in the corporate world, that’s a huge issue.

How We Reimagined the Hero Theme for Corporate Use
Rather than dropping the theme altogether (it’s too popular to ignore), we rethought the entire approach. Instead of prompting for “superheroes”, we shifted towards:
- Exoskeletons and armour rather than spandex
- Gender-neutral, body-positive designs that don’t exaggerate or objectify
- Cohesive styling that still delivers the “epic” feel without crossing any lines
The result? Guests still get that powerful, cinematic hero moment - but in a way that feels fun, futuristic, and safe for a corporate environment.

Inclusive, Brand-Safe AI Photo Booth Themes
The AI photo booth for corporate events has evolved a lot over the past two years. Themes are no longer just about “what looks cool” - they need to work for different audiences, brands, and cultures.
“Heroes” will always be in demand. That’s why we tread carefully, test extensively, and design our themes with the corporate market front of mind.
Because at the end of the day, a theme should elevate your event - not cause a headache.
