The Challenge: Bringing Legacy Giving to Life
Will Power is a national public education campaign encouraging Canadians to leave a gift to charity in their Will. The message is simple but powerful: anyone can make a difference, and even leaving just 1% of your estate can have a lasting impact.
As part of its mission to inspire Canadians to think about their legacy, Will Power wanted to create an interactive, personalised experience that would:
- Capture attention online and at events.
- Reflect the campaign’s theme of “legacy” through a creative, shareable output.
- Operate seamlessly in both English and French Canadian.
- Adhere to strict requirements for personal data collection and consent.
The brief was to design and deliver an AI-powered portrait booth providing a national-scale digital activation.
The Solution: Snapmatix AI Filter + Landing Page
Daughter Creative partnered Snapmatix to build an AI photo actiation that allowed users to generate their own AI “Legacy Portraits.”
Key elements included:
- Custom Data Capture: Integration with Typeform to meet Canadian data protection and consent requirements.
- Bilingual Delivery: English and French Canadian versions of the tool, with all copy and outputs tailored to each audience.
- Branded AI Outputs: Portrait-style images styled in line with the Will Power campaign aesthetic.
- Simple UX: A QR-to-form flow ensuring frictionless participation for online and event users.
The Results: Engagement With Meaning
Participants were able to:
- Create a personalised AI legacy portrait in seconds.
- Share their image online, spreading awareness of the Will Power campaign.
- Engage emotionally with the idea of legacy giving through a creative, memorable output.
